How we work

Fixed build. Then month to month.

The build is a scoped project with a fixed fee. Management after that is monthly, cancellable with notice, and ad spend goes straight from your card to Google.

The engagement

Four weeks to live

Written down so you can hold us to it. Dates slip when licensing verification slips, which is the one part neither of us controls.

Week one

Audit. Call recordings, ad accounts, Business Profile, field software. We count last month's inbound calls and how many ended without a job.

Week two

Build. Campaign structure, landing pages, tracking numbers, review flow, and the connection into ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or FieldEdge.

Week three

Launch. Conservative budgets, answering and text-back live before the first click is bought.

Week four

First real report, and the first round of cuts. Something in the build is always wrong; this is when we find out which part.

What it costs

Three lines

Ad spend is yours and is billed by Google to your card. We never mark it up, and we never take a percentage of it, because a percentage would pay us to spend more.

Call handling is priced by volume, so a quiet February costs less than a loud July.

Quotes depend on metro, channel count and how much of the build already exists. Send us the accounts and we will price it in a couple of days.

The three lines

Build fee
One time, fixed, paid half up front. Covers the audit, campaign build, pages, tracking and integrations.
Monthly management
Flat. Includes reporting, disputes, review flow, page updates and the weekly call.
Ad spend
Paid by you, direct to Google. Ours to manage, never to invoice.

Reporting

What the Monday report shows

Sent Monday morning, one page, before the weekly call. Nobody has to log into a dashboard to find out how last week went.

WeeklyCalls by source

Every inbound call, tagged and scored by a person: booked, quoted, spam, existing customer. Recordings linked, so any number in the report can be checked against the call it came from.

WeeklyCost per booked job

By channel and by job type. Repair and replacement reported apart, because averaging them hides the campaign that is losing money.

MonthlyMissed and after-hours

What rang and went unanswered, when, and what it likely cost. This is usually the number that changes the most in the first quarter.

What we need

From your side

  • Admin access to your ad accounts and Business Profile, kept in your name
  • One person who can answer questions inside a day
  • Access to call recordings and to your field software
  • A straight answer about install capacity each week
  • Licensing and insurance documents for Local Services verification

Clients skip the capacity question most often, and it decides whether we buy replacement leads the following week.

Terms

The agreement runs month to month after the build. Your leads are never resold. The fee is flat, with no percentage of ad spend, and dashboard access is included in it.

If your phones go unanswered, we fix that before buying any clicks. If you would rather leave the phones as they are, we are the wrong agency for you.

Start with the audit

Last month's call log and access to the accounts. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
